About the role

An In Room Dining Server is responsible for serving guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.

What you will do

Offer guests an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence, food quality, professionalism and friendliness equal to that of the finest restaurant in the city

Offer quick, correct, precise and friendly service that is respectful and accommodating of the guest's requests of selections and timeliness of service

Deliver food orders including any special needs or requests to the guest in-room in a timely manner to ensure food quality and guest satisfaction

Check completed kitchen orders with the order taker or guest’s original order and make sure items are prepared correctly

What you bring

Conversational and reading skills of English and Cantonese/Mandarin languages

A minimum of a high school or equivalent education

1 year minimum of food and beverage experience

Working knowledge of food, wines, and spirits
