In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. The Manager in Training (MIT) Program at Four Seasons is your chance to turn up the volume on your career. During the 18-month rotational program with Four Seasons, we provide all the necessary tools to accelerate your career – and succeed as a future leader in the Food and Beverage area.
What you will do
Assist in the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to standards
Engage with guests to provide exceptional service, address inquiries, and resolve issues to enhance their experience
Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports related to food and beverage operations
Work closely with team members to foster a positive work environment and support team objectives
Assist in tracking team performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Prepare and present reports on operational performance, training progress, and customer feedback to senior management
Shadow experienced managers to gain insights into effective leadership techniques and strategies
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest relations
Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office systems
Strong leadership and team management skills
