Call Center Representative – Work from Home (NJ Residents Only)

Pay Rate:
$18.00/hr. – Monolingual (English Speaking)
$19.00/hr. – Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish & English)

Training Details
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Duration: 3 weeks (mandatory attendance)

Open Enrollment (11/1 – 1/31):
Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
Sat: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Last 2 Sundays of OE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Last 3 days of OE: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST
1 week after OE ends: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
Non-Open Enrollment:
Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide high-quality customer service to Marketplace consumers by answering inquiries, assisting with applications for health coverage, processing updates, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from the public, prospective enrollees, and representatives assisting consumers.
Assist with applications for healthcare coverage, eligibility determinations, and plan enrollment.
Process life event changes, demographic updates, and disenrollments.
Provide translation support for non-English-speaking callers.
Document all interactions in the appropriate systems.
Escalate issues as necessary and follow established procedures.
Attend the required training courses and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programs.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Minimum 6 months of recent call center experience
Residency: Must reside in the State of New Jersey
You must have your own equipment . No equipment will be provided.
Technology Requirements (BYOD – Bring Your Own Device)
Desktop or Laptop with Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM (No Celeron, Pentium, Mac/iOS)
Minimum 256GB hard drive, Windows 10 or 11
USB Gen 2 (or newer) port for wired headset
Wired headset with microphone (USB Gen 2 or newer)
Video camera capability (required for training)
No Chromebooks, tablets, or iPads
