Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a part in our Marketing Activities as well as work on-site during production as a helper. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be comfortable with engaging customers, and have the physical ability to work with our crew to complete insulation projects.

Responsibilities

Work as a helper on active job sites installing insulation.

Work as the lead on our local marketing efforts, attending networking events, home shows/expos, and local branding.

Assist our team with logistical tasks such as scheduling orders, Inventory Management, phone calls to Clients, and pickups/deliveries.

Utilize phone etiquette to foster positive relationships with clients.

Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English.

Previous experience in a customer support environment is preferred.

Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.

Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in Attic and Crawlspaces.

Experience driving a box truck is a plus but not required.

Must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
