Job PurposeTalent Grid Africa, on behalf of our esteemed client in the manufacturing sector (Medical Equipment),is seeking passionate and qualified Technical Sales Executive.

The Technical Sales Executivewill play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling the client’s advancedMedical Technology solutions to healthcare institutions and professionals.

The successful candidate’sprimary responsibility will be to understand the technical aspects of our products and effectivelycommunicate their value proposition to potential customers in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by promoting and selling MedicalTechnology solutions to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.• Identify, pursue, develop, execute strategic sales plans to achieve predeterminedtargets and new business opportunities.• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.• Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.• Deliver exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries andconcerns promptly and professionally.• Stay abreast of industry developments, market dynamics, and competitor activities.• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts withorganizational goals.• Collaborate with the technical team to address customer inquiries, provide technicalsupport, and ensure seamless implementation of our solutions.• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Medical Technology solutionsto meet their requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and bestpractices.• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers inhealthcare institutions, serving as their trusted advisor for all technical inquiries.• Prepare and submit sales proposals, contracts, and quotations in a timely manner,ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer expectations.• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, including pipelinemanagement, forecast accuracy, and customer feedback.• Install, commission, and undertake User-training on new equipment Qualifications Diploma in Biomedical Engineering Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales.

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and effectively communicate complexbiomedical concepts and technology solutions.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within thehealthcare industry.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with acustomer-centric mindset.

Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in training programs.
