Sr. Test Automation Engineer

Company is seeking an experienced Sr Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in

Playwright, TypeScript and MS Dynamics 365 CRM. The candidate will be responsible for

designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks, collaborating with cross

functional teams, and ensuring delivery of high-quality web and CRM applications through

scalable test automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript

for web applications.

• Build and maintain robust automation frameworks ensuring scalability and reusability.

• Collaborate with Developers, QA, and Business Analysts to understand requirements

and define test strategies.

• Integrate automation tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub

Actions, or similar).

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing through automation.

• Analyze test results, debug failures, and provide detailed defect reports.

• Automate MS Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)

including workflows, forms, and business process flows.

• Validate CRM customizations and ensure automation coverage for Dynamics 365

features.

• Ensure comprehensive test coverage and maintain test data and environments.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and

contribute to continuous improvement.

• Research and adopt new testing tools, frameworks, and best practices.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing.

• Strong expertise in Playwright with TypeScript for web application testing.

• Experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.

• Solid understanding of OOPs concepts and best practices in automation.

• Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC and testing methodologies (Agile/Scrum).

• Experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM automation across Sales, Marketing, and

Customer Service modules.

• Experience in API automation is an added advantage.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

• Proficiency with version control tools (Git or similar).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with a focus on quality delivery.
