Company looking for an experienced Sr Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in
JMeter and MS Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing,
executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure scalability, stability, and responsiveness
of Dynamics 365 CRM applications across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests using
Apache JMeter.
• Evaluate Dynamics 365 CRM applications for performance bottlenecks, focusing on
Sales, Customer Service and Marketing modules.
• Collaborate with Developers, Architects, and Business Analysts to gather performance
requirements and define test strategies.
• Analyze test results, identify performance issues, and provide actionable
recommendations.
• Conduct root cause analysis of performance bottlenecks across application, database,
and infrastructure layers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to tune system performance and improve overall
efficiency.
• Generate detailed performance test reports highlighting key findings, metrics, and
improvement areas.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide input into sprint planning and release
readiness from a performance perspective.
• Support pre-production and post-release performance validation.
• 5 - 7 years of proven experience in Performance Testing.
• Hands-on expertise with Apache JMeter for load and performance testing.
• Strong experience testing MS Dynamics 365 CRM applications (Sales, Customer
Service, Marketing).
• Solid understanding of performance testing concepts – load, stress, endurance,
scalability, and spike testing.
• Proficiency in analysing application logs, server monitoring tools, and performance
metrics.
• Experience with SQL queries for backend validation and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for integrating
performance tests.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to present performance findings to technical and
business stakeholders.
