This role starts at $17.50 an hour.

What You’ll Do

Park and retrieve vehicles while maintaining a secure and organized key system

Greet residents and guests with professionalism; assist with carts, packages, and call-ahead vehicles

Respect resident vehicles and preferences, ensuring care and attention at all times

Monitor garage flow and security, including rounds, camera checks, and guest access protocols

Support maintenance/janitorial needs such as trash/recycling prep, small cleanups, and minor maintenance tasks

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the garage, valet area, and equipmentWhat You Bring

A professional, customer-service focused demeanor with clear, respectful communication

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure

A clean, polished appearance and reliable attendance

Willingness to assist with light maintenance or janitorial tasks as needed

Commitment to security and safety in all aspects of the role

A willingness and ability to be on-call, work off-shifts and weekends as needed.
