We have multiple openings for senior sales professionals responsible for managing relationships with hotel chain and management company partners at the Director and VP levels, and identifying new business opportunities. You will carry a quota for new bookings and renewals, demonstrating solution-selling and account management skills, while managing a Sales Associate. The goal: grow partnerships and increase Cvent's market share in client organizational spend.

The Hospitality Cloud provides hotels with a targeted advertising platform to reach event planners researching destinations, venues, and sourcing groups and meetings business. As a major division, we seek experienced, collaborative, and creative sellers to expand our value in the hospitality industry, beyond marketing into analytics, productivity tools, mobile technology, and more.

In This Role, You Will

Develop current relationships and identify new contacts to meet and exceed revenue expectations

Target key accounts, including new partners, and develop plans to penetrate these accounts

Travel up to 30% for tradeshows, client meetings, and product seminars

Manage personal revenue pipeline to maximize new business opportunities

Achieve revenue targets through new business and renewals

Analyze performance data and provide insights to stakeholders

Balance stakeholder needs within key accounts

Collaborate with property sales teams and other departments for customer satisfaction

Manage and mentor a Sales Associate supporting your activities

Perform other duties as assigned

What You Need

Bachelors degree with strong academic credentials

4+ years experience managing hotel accounts at the corporate level

Experience in high outbound call volume sales environments

Passion for technology and digital marketing benefits

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Ability to integrate prospecting, consultative selling, demonstrations, negotiations, and product knowledge

Initiative and leadership skills to work independently and contribute to team goals
