Bella Forno is a brand-new pizza kitchen located inside Corktown Taphouse. Our menu highlights Old world pies, Classic New York–style pizzas, fresh-baked bread, and scratch-made Italian desserts.
We’re gearing up for a soft opening on September 27th and an official grand opening the first week of October.
We’re looking for passionate, reliable, and hardworking Line Cooks to join our opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new kitchen from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook menu items such as old world and New York–style pizzas, bread, and tiramisu
Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
Follow recipes, portion standards, and kitchen procedures accurately
Keep a clean, organized, and safe work station
Work closely with the chef and management team to ensure smooth service
Assist with prep, inventory, and closing duties as needed

Passion for pizza and Italian food
A strong work ethic and reliability—you show up ready to work
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to learn and take coaching
Previous kitchen/line cook experience preferred but not required—training will be provided
