As part of our mission to continuously improve service quality, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Complaint & Dispute Audit Specialist to join our team in our Tucson office. This role is critical in ensuring consistency, compliance, and excellence across all customer interactions. Qualified candidates will have strong background in compliance and a willingness to work in accurate yet fast paced environment. Bilingual a plus!

Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate customer correspondence for quality and compliance;

Determine appropriate processing routes based on internal standards and escalation criteria;

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complaints/disputes;

Conduct ad hoc audits to support compliance oversight and quality assurance;

Identify trends and recommend improvements to training and processes;

Comply with office Policies and Procedures;

Comply with local and national laws and regulation;

Document detailed and accurate notes within our office collection software

Skills:

Strong listening and communication skills

FDCPA knowledge is preferred

Effective decision making

Excellent work ethic and attendance

Ability to work efficiently on the computer

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
