Inside Sales & Daily Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Inside Sales & Operations Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for being actively engaged in overseeing and driving our counter sales, in addition to the daily delivery, shipping and receiving activities. A customer focused approach to all activities is a must.

Responsibilities:

Supervise retail counter sales workers

Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency

Train and evaluate employees

Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting

Resolve escalated customer complaints

Qualifications:

Some knowledge of construction, industrial and welding and the associated tools and supplies

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and communication skills

Strong leadership qualities
