Showing Agent Opportunity

In this role, you’ll assist with property showings, host open houses, and learn how to guide clients through the home search process. With direct coaching, structured mentorship, and a collaborative environment, this is an excellent opportunity to build confidence, open escrows quickly, and prepare for a future as a producing agent.

$140,000 at planResponsibilities:

Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner

Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner

Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction

Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster

Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questionsQualifications:

Must have a valid Real Estate License

Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision

Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving

Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
