Accountabilities & Functional Responsibilities
Lead, develop and manage the HSE&S function at ANPCIPL Gwalior Site.
Create a positive and developing climate, with respect to HSE&S
Providing safety related trainings to all the new joiners.
Manage and develop the personnel and working processes within the ANPCIPL Gwalior Site wrt HSE&S
Ensure all legal site complies with applicable legal requirements.
Ensure that ANPCIPL Gwalior Site meets AN HSE&S Standards and Directives.
Establish plans and site objectives according to the objectives, frames and prioritizations of the business.
Fulfil objectives with respect to improved HSE&S performance targets
Ensure completion of all relevant statutory documentation related to HSE&S inline with local laws.
Establish, apply and develop an efficient HSE&S Management Model for ANPCIPL Gwalior Site
Manage the HSE&S budget for the department/site.
Lead, coordinate and execute HSE&S element of the projects chosen by the ANPCIPL Gwalior Site
Participate and represent Site in external and internal HSE&S networks Compliance – statutory matters for the ANPCIPL @ Gwalior.
Participate in Hazard study as trained hazard study leader or lead the projects as HS leader
Carryout the Hazard study of ANPCIPL Gwalior Site
Contribute to BBS program at ANPCIPL Gwalior Site
Facilitate PTW training and provide guidance to all team members
Ensure the implementation of MOC/RA/Hazard study
Ensure time to time audits and rectification of HSE&S related concerns
Ensure monitoring systems are defined and HSE&S reporting is done in line with Audit Programs
Key Skills required:
Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
Able to manage various stakeholders within and outside the site.
Extensive experience of HSES and Legal
Trained on IIPS and Incident investigation and Root cause analysis.

What decisions may the job holder make independently without seeking approval from higher manager/supervisor?
Sending hazardous waste for disposal
Submitting returns in Govt portals
4. Job requirements
List the essential educational qualifications, relevant experience and required skills.
Bachelor degree in mech / electrical / chem. engg with 7-10 years of overall experience, preferably in a hazardous Chemical / Process industry, further 2-5 years direct experience of driving HSES processes in a unit
Complete knowledge of all the national regulatory requirements. Previous experience of responsible interaction with statutory authorities would be desirable.
Knowledge on hazard study & Process Safety Management
Proficiency in MS office, ERP
Verbal & presentation skills.
