Compensation:
$75,000 at plan earningsResponsibilities:
Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs
Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit their individual profiles
Update bookkeeping systems, customer records, and sales databases to report your monthly and/or quarterly progress to goals to stakeholders
Remain updated on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from start to finish
Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer baseQualifications:
Proven understanding of the insurance industry including insurance products, risk management and any state and federal regulations
Candidates should have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office programs
Insurance license required
Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferredAbout Company
