What Youll Do

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (15 tons or less), refrigeration, and food service equipment

Perform preventive maintenance contracts and ensure systems run at peak efficiency

Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC units and controls

Install new units or replace existing ones according to specifications

Communicate effectively with dispatch and document work thoroughly

Deliver top-notch service with minimal callbacks and provide elite customer care

What Were Looking For

2+ years of commercial HVAC experience

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Active EPA certification (required)

OSHA 10 certification (preferred)

Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills

Willingness to work flexible hours and rotating on-call shifts

Positive, customer-first attitude

A Few More Things

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like climbing, kneeling, crawling, etc.

Ability to read work orders, communicate clearly with customers, and document repairs

Basic math and reasoning skills for troubleshooting and job planning

Strong communication skills to check in/out with customers and explain issues in plain language
