Are you a skilled plumber or drain technician with a passion for helping people? Do you believe in a service-first approach to solving drain issues? We are seeking a dedicated Drain Service Consultant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the trusted expert who diagnoses and repairs residential drain systems, from sinks to sewer lines, empowering customers to make confident decisions. If you take pride in quality workmanship and have proven drain experience, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Mon - Fri, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Fri - Tue, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Fri - Tue, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Be a Trusted Advisor: Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, then educate customers on their options to help them make the best choices for their home.

Master Drain Expertise: Deliver top-tier work, skilled in diagnostic repair and drain cleaning for sinks, bathtubs, and sewer lines, ensuring every job is accurate and up to code.

Mentor the Next Generation: Play a crucial role in training and mentoring coworkers, helping to build a stronger and more skilled team.

Champion Our Standards: Consistently deliver quality workmanship, maintain a clean and organized job site, and uphold all company policies and guarantees.

Who We're Looking For:

A seasoned professional with 3 years of proven drain experience and a desire for continuous improvement.

Someone skilled in diagnostic repair and drain cleaning. Jetting experience is a plus!

A strong communicator who can build rapport with customers and use iPad software.

An individual contributor who is self-motivated but also enjoys winning as a team.

Deep knowledge of local plumbing codes and the ability to make on-the-job applications.

**Physical Requirements

Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting

Must be able to speak English and audibly hear to communicate

Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls, and tools

Must be able to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding (using the appropriate fall protection requirements)

Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold, and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE

You should be proficient in:

OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
