Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – California Opportunity

Job Overview

We are looking for licensed therapists in California to deliver professional counseling services to individuals and families. You’ll play an active role in supporting client well-being while working alongside a collaborative team of professionals.

Schedule & Pay

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary range: $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Duties

Provide therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and groups

Develop and manage treatment goals for each client

Coordinate care with colleagues to support positive outcomes

Ensure compliance with state and federal documentation standards

Continue developing clinical expertise through training opportunities

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy Social Work, Psychology, or related field

Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

At least two years of experience providing therapy

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
