We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Receptionist to join our team at Malton, based at our head office in North Yorkshire. This part-time, permanent role front-of-house duties with essential administrative and scheduling responsibilities.

Summary

Be the friendly face and organised mind behind our front desk at Head Office Sofina.

Your Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact, managing front-of-house duties.

Provide admin support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments or meetings.

Utilise strong IT skills to handle office systems efficiently.

Maintain clear and professional communication with staff, clients, and visitors.

Contribute to improving systems and processes for greater efficiency.

Stay organised and ensure tasks are kept on track in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of FMCG industry.
