We are seeking qualified Physicians to perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) exams. This locum tenens opportunity offers flexibility and the chance to contribute to improving patient outcomes in a dynamic healthcare environment. Details:

Availability: The position is on a PRN basis, offering ongoing opportunities to support patients as needed.

Certification: Candidates must be Board Certified in any of the following specialties: Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R, ensuring proficiency in diagnosing and managing TBI cases.

Exams: The role primarily involves interview-based assessments with some physical examination components, including range of motion testing and muscle strength evaluation. Exams will cover a mix of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury cases.

Treatment: Providers will not be responsible for prescribing medications or administering treatments; instead, the focus is on accurate diagnosis and evaluation.

DMA Certification: DMA certification is available, offering CME credits. Candidates must obtain certification if not already certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Equipment: Providers must own a personal laptop (NO Apple Laptops/MACs) to facilitate documentation and reporting.

Training: Comprehensive training will be provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs), ensuring familiarity with assessment procedures and documentation requirements.

Reporting: DBQs must be submitted within 48 hours upon exam completion, with no narrative report required. Providers will complete standardized forms, streamlining the reporting process.

Evaluation Platform: Examinations will be completed in the provider portal, with records reviewed for accuracy and completeness.
