DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school

Completion of a CODA-accredited endodontic residency program

Eligible for licensure in the state of Nevada

Strong clinical skills with a commitment to efficient, high-quality patient care

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to maintain relationships with referring providers Compensation & Benefits

Base salary:

$15,000/month for 3 days/week (first 3 months)

$20,000/month for 4 days/week (first 3 months)

Production-based compensation: 45% of adjusted collections, with realistic potential to exceed base within 3 months

401(k) participation available after 1 year of employment

Flexible scheduling with a typical work week of 3-4 days and 4 weeks of time off per year
