Pricing Manager

BGSF has teamed up with a telecommunications company who is in search of a Pricing Manager on a direct-hire basis. This will operate on a hybrid schedule with the ability to work from home 2 days/week. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience working in pricing, strategy, analysis and come with telecommunications industry experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Pricing Strategy & Management

Develop and execute pricing strategies for existing and new telecommunications products and services.

Design and maintain pricing models that align with customer value, cost structures, and competitive positioning.

Lead pricing reviews and recommend changes based on performance and market shifts.

Analysis & Reporting

Conduct in-depth pricing analysis, elasticity modeling, and scenario planning to support business decisions.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ARPU, margin contribution, churn rates, and customer acquisition costs.

Prepare and present pricing performance reports to senior leadership.

Competitive & Market Intelligence

Benchmark pricing against competitors and industry trends.

Stay updated on regulatory developments and market dynamics that impact pricing.

Collaboration & Governance

Partner with product and marketing teams to align pricing with go-to-market strategies.

Ensure pricing policies and discounting guidelines are consistently applied across sales channels.

Support contract negotiations with strategic pricing inputs.

Systems & Tools

Manage pricing tools or platforms; work with IT or data teams to streamline pricing operations.

Maintain pricing databases and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience working in pricing, finance and analysis

Must have experience working in the telecommunications industry and pricing with products such as fiber, ethernet, VOIP, DWDM, etc.

Must come with strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, formulas, pivot tables)

Experience with Power BI, SQL or similar tools
