Senior Business Operations & Intelligence Analyst

Lead development of analytics tools and dashboards to monitor MRV activities

Track implementation progress, resource use, logistics, and ensure accurate reporting

Support compliance with MRV standards and strategic decision-making

Identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions

Translate operational data into actionable insights

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Business Analytics, Operations Research, or related field

10+ years in business intelligence/operations analytics, preferably in field-based or multi-stakeholder projects

Skilled in Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio), Data analysis (SQL, Python, Google BigQuery), Digital data collection (ODK, KoboToolbox, QField, XLSForm), Cloud platforms (Google Cloud), Collaboration tools (Airtable, Notion)
