Reports to: General Manager / Owner
Lead all operational aspects of banqueting and catering services, ensuring excellence in event execution, guest experience, productivity, and profitability for the property in Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations for all banquet and catering functions, including planning, execution, and team management.
Collaborate with sales, culinary, and service teams to deliver outstanding events—corporate, social, and weddings.
Develop and implement SOPs for seamless event logistics, from setup through execution and close-out.
Monitor quality standards, guest satisfaction, and service delivery across all events and catering operations.
Lead and mentor teams in banqueting, kitchen stewarding, and F&B; recruit, train, and manage departmental staff.
Prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and drive efficiencies for maximum profitability.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, food handling, and local regulations.
Build and nurture client relationships to maximize repeat business and event referrals.
Analyze operational metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvements in processes and performance.
Coordinate with vendors for supplies, décor, AV, and event needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in hospitality, hotel management, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years’ operational leadership experience in banqueting and catering in hotels or high-volume venues in Jaipur.
Demonstrated expertise in team management, event operations, and logistical planning.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.
Proven track record of handling premium events and client satisfaction.
Proficient with MS Office, event management systems, and financial controls.
