Position: Part-Time Receiving Administrative Assistant
Location: San Marcos, CA
Target Start Date: 09/01/2025
Schedule: 20-30 hours per week (4-6 hours/day)
Flexible Start Time: Between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM
About the Role:
This part-time position is ideal for someone looking for work-life balance while contributing to a dynamic operations team. You'll support the receiving department by handling administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and customer communication. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, this role could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and customer service focus
File and organize documents, including delivery tickets, invoices, and orders
Perform accurate data entry for receiving documents and order details
Assist with tracking, managing, and documenting inventory and deliveries
Maintain organized records and filing systems to support smooth operations Qualifications:
Prior experience in an administrative or receiving-related role
Proficiency with Excel (or other data entry tools) preferred
Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Bilingual skills a plus
Highly organized, detail-focused, and adaptable
Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset
