Supply Chain Management team at Samsung Electronics Baltics is the backbone of efficient sales operations by ensuring reliable supply to our partners and consumers. The small international team works closely with the local Sales and Product Management colleagues to support them with demand forecasting and planning, as well as with the global headquarters and manufacturing sites to ensure stable flow of goods. We are looking for Junior Supply Chain Management specialist who would be able to support the team with seamless data accuracy and circulation.

Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient demand management and forecast accuracy on a regular basis
Ensure seamless logistical flow of the Product Category in collaboration with local logistics team, Samsung and Customer warehouses and Manufacturing units worldwide to ensure supply and avoid shortage
Ensure effective Inventory management to reduce product aging
Ensure optimized Sell-In structure by precise supply planning
Monitor Partner sell-out trends & Ch. Inventory on a weekly basis and report to Business units
Act as an intermediary between Key Account Managers, Product Managers and Customer in order to minimize lost opportunity cost while taking all potential steps to maximize revenue by avoiding customer stock shortages
Ensure KPI execution by proactively managing distribution inventories, addressing aspects such as forecast accuracy, sales levels and turnaround
Manage stock level alerts, taking the initiative to drive forward business cases for sale and promotion launches
Communicate Intensively with Regional and Global offices for reporting, process management and request support
Ensure effective management and administration of the GSCM system
Supporting on creating reports (profit/loss, target non-achievement, revenue & sales failures, high inventory, high WOS report)
Skills and Qualifications
Main Requirements:
Bachelor degree or student in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship Logistics or similar
Desired 1-2year work experience in Trade supply, Production, Logistics or similar field
Strong communication skills to manage various stakeholder needs and demands
Strong MS excel and technical skills, preferably experience in working with logistics systems
Strong analytical skills
Fluency in English
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
