Job Description
Our client has an opportunity for a skilled individual in the capacity of a Compliance Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
Compile and assess all agrichemical regulatory dossiers
Assist management to execute agrichemical product registration and associated regulatory tasks.
Compile other regulatory documentation as required.
Liaise with regulatory departments and industry bodies (RSA and abroad) and attend relevant meetings
Acquire all relevant documentation to execute agrichemical product registrations.
Supervision and training of regulatory support staff and advisory function.
Filing of departmental documentation.
Other related duties
Qualifications
Matriculation
Tertiary qualification in Agriculture
Skills
Atleast 5 years regulatory experience with agricultural chemicals
Knowledge and understanding of all relevant regulatory legislation regarding chemicals management, with specific reference to Act 36/1947.
Ability to conduct GHS classification and associated documents
Must have BASOS and Croplife certificate.
