Position Overview: As a Restaurant General Manager at Burger King, youll lead all aspects of the restaurantfrom team development to operational excellencedriving results, building culture, and delivering an exceptional guest experience every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the Business

Lead all aspects of restaurant operations from opening to closing ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable shifts.

Build & Inspire a Rockstar Team

Recruit, train, and coach team members to deliver quality service with energy and pride. Foster a positive, high-performance culture where people want to work.

Manage the Numbers

Oversee labor, inventory, food cost, and operational budgets. Analyze reports, hit targets, and help the restaurant thrive.

Own the Schedule

Create staffing plans that align with peak times and labor goals while keeping your crew happy and engaged.

Deliver Guest Satisfaction

Set the tone for hospitality. Handle guest feedback with professionalism and turn first-timers into regulars.

Keep It Clean & Compliant

Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with food safety, health regulations, and company policies.

Lead With Purpose

Be a hands-on, motivating leader who sets the example in energy, integrity, and excellence.

What Were Looking For:

Previous restaurant management experience (required)

High school diploma or equivalent

A natural leader who knows how to motivate and energize a team

Great communication and problem-solving skills

The ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure

Dependable, organized, and ready to jump into any role as needed

A people-first mindset with a passion for coaching and development

Comfortable working flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
