The Role

Techzu Ichicode Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO & Google Ads Specialist to take full ownership of our clients’ digital marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role — you will be directly responsible for implementing SEO strategies, managing Google Ads campaigns, and ensuring measurable ROI.

As part of our growing international team, you will lead campaigns from setup to optimization, while also providing strategic insights to improve client performance.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO (Hands-On)

Execute on-page and technical SEO: meta tags, site structure, speed optimization, schema markup.

Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.

Optimize website content for higher search rankings and conversions.

Implement link-building campaigns and monitor backlink health.

Track and analyze site performance using Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and similar.

Google Ads (Hands-On)

Set up, manage, and optimize Search, Display, Shopping, and Video campaigns.

Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages.

Monitor budgets and improve ROI through continuous optimization.

Analyze data in Google Analytics & Tag Manager to refine targeting and conversions.

Generate clear reports for clients with actionable insights.

Collaboration & Ownership

Work closely with internal teams and clients to align digital marketing with business goals.

Keep updated with Google algorithm and Ads platform changes to maintain campaign performance.

Proactively ensure all campaigns are of top quality, delivering tangible growth for clients.

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in both SEO and Google Ads campaign management.

Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive ROI.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console.

Strong knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.

Google Ads certification required.

Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) for campaign copywriting and reporting.

Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented — able to handle multiple clients independently.
