Could you be the full-time ISR Training Engineer in Hyderabad we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and training expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and knowledge transfer through effective training programs. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Rolling Stock project managers, participating units’ representatives, and sub-contractors), manage training deliverables, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing and delivering training programs for customer operations and maintenance staff, but also support the creation and revision of maintenance manuals.
We’ll look to you for:
Identifying the customer’s training requirements and needs during the tender phase
Participating in the ISR training offer and preparing draft ISR training management plans for bids
Managing interfaces and deliverables with the ISR WP manager during the project phase
Organizing training sessions, including booking trainers, venues, and materials
Delivering training courses at various locations
Evaluating customer satisfaction and capturing feedback to improve future training
Capitalizing and managing data to enhance quality and reduce technical risks
Following up on training activities through relevant KPIs
Creating and revising maintenance manuals, such as IPCs, maintenance manuals, and operation manuals

Engineering University Degree (mandatory)
Specialization in training (desirable)
5-6 years of training experience within Train Operator Training scope (mandatory)
Railway technical knowledge on operation and maintainability aspects (mandatory)
Experience in a maintenance contract (desirable)
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Team leadership skills (desirable)
Knowledge of the main ISR elements applicable to railway equipment, such as technical publishing and training (desirable)
