Project Estimator

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Estimator to join our Preconstruction team in Philadelphia.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for commercial construction projects.

· Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.

· Work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors during bid development.

· Assist/Be able to perform value engineering, budgeting, and bid presentations.

Requirements:

· 2–3 years of construction estimating experience (commercial preferred).

· Candidates with at least 1 year of experience and a master’s in construction management and/or engineering are encouraged to apply.

· Proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, etc.) and Microsoft Project and Excel.

· Strong analytical and communication skills.
