About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Construction Management team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in managing office operations while providing direct administrative support to company leadership. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain and track all insurance requirements and documentation.
· Provide direct administrative support to the Owner and Vice President.
· Manage office requirements, including supplies procurement and tracking.
· Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficiency across the organization.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting materials for management.
· Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication through Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
· Support overall business management initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
· Strong knowledge of business management practices.
· Excellent overall computer and technology skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
· Previous experience in administration (construction industry experience a plus).Company Description
