Warehouse Specialist – Woodland, CA

Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Specialist to join their Woodland, CA facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience independently managing warehouse operations, equipment, and inventory; operating material handling equipment (including forklift and lull); and overseeing shipping and receiving activities.

Preferred certifications include OSHA 10 and 30, First Aid, and CPR. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in inventory management software.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations with a strong focus on inventory management and tracking.

Manage shipping and receiving functions.

Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.

Coordinate with field crews as needed, including during disaster recovery efforts or weekend projects.

Work Schedule:

Standard 8-hour shifts.

Overtime may be required to support field crew coordination, urgent requests, or disaster recovery operations.Company Description
