Monday through Friday schedule 36-40 hours per week with 36 hours guaranteed

28 patient visits per week

Home health setting

EMR: HomeCare HomeBase

Home health experience required

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $41.35 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
