We're currently seeking an experienced and dependable Phlebotomist to join our Odessa team and support clinical operations with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with accuracy and professionalism
Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of specimens
Maintain patient comfort and confidentiality throughout the collection process
Verify patient information and medical records prior to procedures
Monitor supply levels and maintain a clean, organized work area
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely sample collection
Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a certified phlebotomy training program
National certification (e.g., CPT) preferred
Minimum of 2–3 years of phlebotomy experience in a hospital and/or clinic setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with EHR systems is a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
