Job Description

Join our team as a Material Handler, where you will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to efficiently manage warehouse operations. This role involves using RF scanners, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and organizing materials in the warehouse. You will need to lift items weighing between 20-30 lbs and ensure the smooth flow of products throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

Operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.

Utilize RF scanners for inventory management.

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.

Load and unload trucks with care.

Organize and stage products in the warehouse.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Skills

6 months to 1 year of experience in warehouse picking and packing.

Experience in operating forklifts.

Ability to lift 20-30 lbs comfortably.

Work Environment

This position operates on the 1st shift. Currently, the working hours are 6:00am-2:00pm. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Dress code is casual but appropriate for warehouse conditions.

This is a position based out of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.60 - $22.85/hr.
