Compensation:

Base Pay: $400 per week

Commission: 5% of sales brought in

Position Summary:

Riverside Automation, a leading provider of industrial automation and electrical control solutions, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our expanding team across multiple states. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial automation and electrical control industries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through exceptional customer service and support.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions and services.

Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM system.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in technical sales, preferably in industrial automation or electrical controls.

Strong understanding of industrial automation and electrical control systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
