Mid level patent prosecution attorney with 2-6 years of experience in computer and electrical patent drafting, counseling and prosecution.

Experience with post-grant proceedings, litigation, opinions and counseling.

Candidates must be registered with the USPTO.

Qualifications: Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics or similar.

2-6 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.

Excellent academic background.

Excellent oral and writing communications skills.
