Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and post monthly journal entries (JEs)
Ensure all AP and General Ledger entries are recorded accurately, making adjustments as needed
Prepare Balance Sheets and Income Statement Account reconciliation along with variance analysis
Reconciliations between multiple systems
Assist with month-end and year end close process
Assist with financial and tax audits
Prepare monthly bank account reconciliation
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any similar courses
Has 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting
Effective written and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn, be flexible, and possess the ability to work effectively under deadlines in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
Ability to research, gather and analyze information and resolve problems quickly
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Excel skills should include pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, CONCATENATE, etc.
Experience with Acumatica, Velixo and/or EPIC is a plus
