As a the Associate HR Manager at our Atotech, an MKS brand in Slovenia – Podnart location, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic global environment, where this position balances corporate strategy with local workforce needs. The role involves aligning with international and local HR policies, managing talent and compliance, and driving engagement across cultures and organizations. Acting as a business partner, the person will ensure people-focused solutions support both global goals and local impact. In this role, you will report to HR Sr Director, based in Israel. This is an on site based role in: Podnart 43, 4244 Podnart, Slovenia.

This position is a temporary replacement offering a limited contract of 18 months.

You Will Make an Impact By:

Directs the planning, implementation, and/or administration of human resources programs for the site, which may include employment, responding to employee relation issues, immigration, equal employment practices, organizational development, and administers the Company’s annual performance and salary review process, and affirmative action

Support & work with corporate COEs in order to implement locally different HR programs.

Support key talent acquisition programs to enable the hiring of top-tier candidates into the organization.

Advises managers, supervisors, and employees in interpretation and application of company human resources policies and procedures; serves as liaison and provides technical expertise to resolve human resources related issues

Manages the day-to-day activities at the site level: payroll preparation, responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs, onboarding and offboarding processes

Management of all HR records and documents

Ensuring up-to-date HR recordkeeping practices

Preparation of internal HR reports

Continuous training in the areas of quality, safety, and environmental management.

Skills You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum 3+ years of related experience in HR

Knowledge of HR information systems

Understanding of labor law and employment legislation

Fluent in Slovenian and English language

Authorized to process personal data

Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to work collaboratively in an international team within a matrix organization.

Results-oriented with strong business understanding and excellent organizational abilities.
