Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning:
Install and set up new equipment, systems, and hardware for clients.
Maintenance & Repair:
Perform routine maintenance, conduct diagnostic tests, and troubleshoot technical problems to repair equipment and ensure optimal performance.
Customer Support:
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, resolve their issues, and provide training on the proper use of equipment.
Documentation:
Keep accurate service records, document all activities, and prepare service reports for management and clients.
Collaboration:
Work with other technical staff, engineers, and departments to resolve complex problems and improve service quality.
Inventory Management:
Manage and maintain an inventory of necessary spare parts and tools for repairs.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure all operations and maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, such as mechanical, electrical, or a related discipline.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and the ability to diagnose and repair complex machinery.

Experience:
