Procurement Manager (Oil & Gas - Raw Materials & Finished Goods)

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead and oversee procurement operations in drilling fluids and chemicals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials and finished goods specific to the oil and gas drilling chemicals sector

Develop and maintain supplier relationships locally and internationally

Evaluate and negotiate supplier contracts to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms

Monitor inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production and trading operations

Coordinate with internal departments (production, R&D, logistics, finance) for material planning and cost control

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of procurement experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on drilling fluids and chemicals

Proven track record of managing procurement for manufacturing facilities and trading operations

Deep understanding of international sourcing, supplier management, and cost negotiation

Strong knowledge of chemical raw materials and supply chain processes

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Must be based in Dammam, or willing to relocate

Arabic and English proficiency preferred
