We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual who can identify business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and bring in new business across multiple domains. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT services, staffing solutions, and infrastructure management.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term business growth.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with the internal team to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
Research industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to create effective sales strategies.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach.
Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and conferences to strengthen brand presence.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales reports for management review.

Ideal Profile
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales within the IT or Staffing industry.
Strong understanding of IT solutions, infrastructure services, and staffing business models.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to develop client relationships and influence decision-makers.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
