Job Summary:

Join our small high energy team and take the lead in keeping skis and snowboards in top shape. As a Tuning Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, support other staff, and ensure every guest receives perfectly tuned gear. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, ideal for someone who knows their way around skis and snowboards, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team focused environment. Bring your experience and love for the slopes!

Job Specifications:

Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $24.73/hr

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026

Shift Type: Full Time hours available

Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Housing Availability: No

Job Responsibilities:

As a Supervisor of the Rental department, this job oversees the daily operations of a high volume,seasonal operation that tunes and repairs ski and boards for the entire resort. The retail/rental supervisor’s responsibilities include:

Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear condition

Perform both tuning and repair services for guests - we will train you!

Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards

May include other responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments

Communicating with guests about their gear and available tunes

Manages through uncertainty and changing situations

Driving professional development in yourself as well as others

Providing consistent and direct feedback, coaching and guidance to team members

Meeting with other departments and committees to ensure department is aligned with initiatives

Managing inventory and machine maintenance

Operating a 16ft. box truck – we will train you!

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

1-3 years previous leadership experience

1 year experience in a rental shop

Display mechanical aptitude to be able to perform ski and snowboard tunes, maintenance or repairs.

Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends

Commitment to exceptional Customer Service

Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods

Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English

The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $24.73/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
