Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling our dealership. You’ll manage administrative tasks, coordinate with various departments, and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless and professional experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate staff or department.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing information or routing as needed.
• Schedule appointments for sales, service, and financing departments.
• Maintain accurate records, including customer information, appointments, and dealership correspondence.
• Process paperwork, such as sales agreements, service orders, and payment receipts, with precision.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Handle basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
• Assist with inventory tracking, such as logging vehicle keys or updating customer databases.
• Uphold a clean and organized front desk area to reflect the dealership’s professional image.
• Support marketing efforts, such as distributing promotional materials or updating social media under guidance.
