Job Description

Seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager with 1+ years of applicable experience to join administrative team.

Hours will rotate between 8 AM-5 PM and 9 AM-6 PM

Responsibilities:

• Acting as a gatekeeper and be the face of the company

• Greet guests and handle visitor coordination, including beverage preparation and occasional lunch catering for large meetings.

• Communicate and collaborate with external vendors.

• Receive, send, and track mail, deliveries, and urgent packages.

• Schedule meetings and reserve conference rooms when needed.

• Responsible for sending out firm-wide general communications.

• Maintain office supplies and pantry inventory.

• General willingness to assist where needed with a variety of ad-hoc tasks.

• Work collaboratively and effectively with other staff who will act as back-up for overflow

Required Skills & Background:

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• 1+ years’ experience in an administrative role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Pro-active and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities at once

• Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently while collaborating effectively

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Reliable and collaborative team player
