certifications, upskilling, and capacity-building initiatives.
Position Overview:
The Talent Growth Catalyst (Lead Recruiter) will spearhead the recruitment, on-boarding,
and management of a high-performing team of Education Partnership Ambassadors
(Mobilisers). This team will actively engage with Standalone Pre-Schools, K-12 Schools, and
School Associations to ensure the successful mobilization and execution of MEPSC’s
certification programs.
This is a target-driven leadership role requiring strong team-building skills, a growth mindset,
and the ability to scale operations quickly across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit & Build Teams: Source, hire, and lead a dynamic team of Education
Partnership Ambassadors (Mobilisers).
Target Achievement: Drive state-wise recruitment and certification targets by
building strong networks in preschools, schools, and associations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build partnerships with school owners, associations, and
key influencers for smooth program adoption.
Team Enablement: Train, motivate, and mentor mobilisers to maximize outreach and
effectiveness.
Travel & Expansion: Travel extensively within assigned states to drive ground-level
execution.
Data & Reporting: Monitor mobiliser performance, maintain recruitment pipelines,
and share regular reports with leadership.
Technology Use: Leverage AI tools, digital platforms, and CRM systems for
recruitment and operational efficiency.
Market Intelligence: Track competition, identify growth opportunities, and provide
insights for strategy alignment.Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
Experience: 5–7 years in target-driven recruitment, field sales, or channel-building
roles. (Preferred sectors: Insurance, Skill Development, Education, EdTech).
Communication: Excellent command over English and regional language (spoken &
written).
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office, CRM platforms, and exposure to AI tools for
recruitment.
Mindset: Growth-driven, self-starter, critical thinker with leadership skills.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively across assigned
states.
