Factory Director

Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic Factory Director to lead the day-to-day operations of their manufacturing facility in Ranson, WV.

This position reports directly to the VP of Operations.

Responsibilities;Drive operational excellence by delivering on production, cost, quality, and delivery targets.Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and accountability.Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.Act as the primary representative of the factory in the community, building strong relationships with local stakeholders and leading Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.Ensure transparent and responsive communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:Engineering Degree required10+ years of manufacturing experience with progressive leadership responsibilitiesTrack record of delivering operational excellence in a complex manufacturing environmentExperience building community and stakeholder relationships
