Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Position open 9/5/25 First to mention, this is not a call center position.

This is a Columbus based manufacturing company that needs to hire a talented Customer Service Representative.

This is a position filled with variety.

This is a position responsible for both pre-sales and post-sales service.

Over time, this role will include leadership responsibilities for cross-training and facilitating cross-functional internal meetings in support of providing optimal service and solutions for our customers.

Daily responsibilities will include processing incoming orders and facilitate reviews and responses from our pricing, scheduling, engineering, and quality teams.

Provide prompt responses to customer requests for order status, delivery dates.

Proactively notify when an order is about to ship or when it will be late.

Manage all forms of customer communication both written and verbal; ensure that all written communication is professional and accurate.

They would like someone who has several years experience in a sales/customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

Good computer, data entry skills needed along with excellent communication skills.

Up to $49,000 (depending on experience level) plus benefits.
