About the Role
As a Plant Process Engineer, you will contribute to improve the efficiency and availability of the production machines ranging from writing functional code of the production machines to testing and implementation.
This role will leverage your knowledge of programming in C#, programming PLCs, reading electrical drawings and finding faulty parts. You will collaborate within the team and with other teams to support the commissioning of new automated production lines and improving existing ones. In this role, you will report to the Engineering Manager.
What You Will Do
Participation in handover and commissioning of manufacturing equipment
Monitoring of manufacturing equipment, improvement of efficiency and availability
Root cause analysis and troubleshooting of issues that occur during production, defining preventive actions
Preparation/modification of equipment in case of change in product
Professional training for maintenance technicians
What You Need to Be Successful
Degree in engineering/technical field
Computer science engineer / mechatronics engineer / electrical engineer
Experience in programming: C#
Communication level English knowledge
Creative, analytical thinking, efficient problem solving skills, systematic and flexible work ethic
Bonus Points if You Have
Knowledge in Automation
PLC programming experience: Twincat, Siemens
Experience in electronics manufacturing
Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA standards, 8D, FMEA, SPC knowledge
Driving license
What Makes You Eligible
Willing to travel (mostly in - country), if necessary
Ideally, you live near Pécs, Hungary.
